This is comprised of the GPG (cryptographic) keys and signatures of the members of the Philadelphia area Linux related users groups (currently including PLUG and PADS). In the graph, each participating member is drawn as a node, and signatures are drawn as an arrow from the signer to the signee. These signatures are a cryptographic confirmation of the signee's identity by the signer.
